Moustache Man once told me something and it’s stuck with me since. “With a BIG butt comes BIG responsibilities.”
So, I joined in on a month long squat challenge with a few cohorts. At the end of the month you’re doing 250 squats! Well, it’s the end of the month and I only got up to 80 reps. I could chuck it all to my squeaky knees, but it also had to do with a lack of will. I mean how awesome would it have been to be busting out 200+ squats regardless of whether my knees gave way?? Not to mention Mr. Butt would be looking GOOD.
But now that there’s no turning back I’ve given myself a new challenge. Set a goal and actually follow through. Do it until your butt is sitting on your shoulders (figuratively). The easy part’s been said, now the hard part is getting it done. Next goal of many . . . BLOG MY HEART OUT.
